Trading in financial markets (stocks, forex, crypto, futures) carries significant risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose part or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting financial losses.

Strict No-Refunds Policy

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds.

Due to the nature of our product — digital delivery of proprietary software and instant access to our VIP Discord community — we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy under all circumstances. Once a subscription or lifetime pass is purchased, you immediately gain access to intellectual property that cannot be "returned."

If you cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial usage.

License & Acceptable Use

When you purchase an ApexAlgo plan, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the indicator on TradingView. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or attempting to reverse-engineer our scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate lifetime ban without refund, as well as potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ApexAlgo, its owners, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any damages, monetary losses, missed opportunities, or trading liquidations arising from the use or inability to use our indicators or services. By using our website and indicators, you indemnify us from all legal claims.
